Major Miami Shopping Event Draws Even NYC Shop-a-holics
Have you ever wanted to shop the closets of Miami’s socialites and leading fashionistas?...
On March 29th the event “Fashion Bloggers Do It Better” took Miami by storm. Our Miami fashion bloggers and style enthusiasts alike all got to take time to rest their poor computer typing figures to mingle amongst themselves in this wild night. The party was hosted by the wonderful Annie Vazquez, otherwise known by her blog name The Fashion Poet, as well as Eugy and Simonett of The Goodwill Project and the night could not have gone by any merrier. It is quite a sight to see when style lovers all get together, with the “I love your bag” and “where did you get that dress” heard from around the room. However, what else can we expect when we take a recipe of fashion entrepreneurs add yummy cocktails and fun activities? With a fun night had by all we set out on our next adventure of keeping you posted on all the hottest events around Miami.
Fashion Bloggers Do It Better
Miami fashionistas and style enthusiasts have the opportunity to connect over cocktails, shopping, and beauty at Fashion Bloggers Do It Better held at Ricochet Bar/Lounge on Thursday, March 29th from 7PM - 10PM. The event will be hosted by Annie Vazquez of The Fashion Poet along Eugy & Simonett of The Goodwill Project.

On Tuesday September 27th, 2011 TAI Entertainment gave Miami a sneak peek of S/S 2012 with a presentation by Miami-based online boutique, Shop Splash at The Delano Hotel. The presentation featured collections by some of our favorite local designers including Alexis, Gold Saturn, Maya Swimwear and Citrine by the Stones as well as international labels, Indah and Wildfox Couture. At 9 PM, fashion enthusiasts gathered at the now-famous Style Lounge for complimentary perk-up sessions, Grey Goose cocktails, and designer meet and greets. Host Amanda Del Duca of Capture Fashion seen in a belted, long-sleeve, jumpsuit in royal blue, shared style tips with the guests. Also hosting the event, the girls behind WeCanPretend snapped backstage photos of the models as they prepped for the show. An Alexis, kaleidoscopic print, boho set in orange, brown, and purple hues opened the show. Highlights in the collection included a pale beige embroidered cape, a tan fringed maxi skirt, and a red asymmetrical length gown. Indah showcased a variety of great resort wear pieces paired with signature ruched-back bikinis by Maya Swimwear. Last up was Wildfox Couture, featuring an array of fun and trendypieces including a one-piece cat face swimsuit, and a high waisted, flared pant with gold crosses lined along the sides.Missed the event? TAI Entertainment brings back Fashion Tuesday’s at Delano South Beach with a presentation by Miami’s own, Shop Splash boutique. Showcasing brands such as Wildfox Couture, Alexis, Gold Saturn, Indah, Maya Swimwear, and Citrine by the Stone, this fashion-forward soiree will feature some of the latest trends of the season.
At 9 PM, VIP guests will be invited to a complimentary hair and makeup session while mingling over Corzo cocktails at the uber-chic Style Lounge hosted by fashion blogger, Amanda Del Duca of Capture Fashion along with the girls behind We Can Pretend.
The show will follow at 11 PM, where guests will preview Spring/Summer 2012 collections by some of the hottest design houses of the moment.
